I want some data on performance of Permanent Epic Centres (PECs). Remember that we started the PECs only about two years ago.
For example, no. of new EPICs issued per month (on average), no. of corrections/ duplicates per month, money collected per month etc. Locationwise. Even a few sample from each district would do.

There are 3 PEC s in Bakkura -- Bankura, Bishnupur, Khatra.
Performance of Bankura PEC (avg. since inception in 01/06.) All reports per month avg. basis --
New - 84;
Duplicate - 11;
Correction - 36;
Money collected - Rs. 275/-

When do we expect to get the detailed guideline of SRER-08?
This is because we need to make arrangement for printing of forms, DO appointment letters etc. well before Puja holidays, so that the same can ne served accordingly & DO
appointment can be completed prior to such holidays.

There are two PEC in Malda district i.e. sadar Sub-Division containing 7 Lacs and Chanchal subdivison cotaining 4 Lacs. I am updating the average monthly data of Sadar Sub-Divison.
NEW- 102 nos; Duplicate- 80 nos; correction- 225; Money collected- Rs. 2000.
Since inception (i.e. from 27/12/05)EPIC center was functioning BUT the actual wotking month is only 6.5 months.
The report was prepared by calculating with 21 months.

There are 5 PECs at Murshidabad - Sadar, Lalbagh,Kandi,Domkal and Jangipur.Avg performance is as follows per month per PEC-- New- 165,Duplicate- 36,Correction- 243,Money collected per month per
PEC avg Rs.900/-
Detailed reports in this regard has already been sent vide memo no. Msd/Elec/2007/326 dt.04.07.07 & No. 327 dt. 04.07.07.
