Up to 10 additional AEROs per AC only for hearing claims and objections for Summary Revision may be proposed.
But proposal should reach us by 26.9.2007, if not already sent. This was discussed in the 19-9-2007 meeting.

Sir, Regular AEROs along with the Additional AEROs,(the list which was sent earlier for approval)if approved, will suuffice for hearing for the ensuing SRER,2008.As such at present no new proposal is being sent for additional "hearing" AEROs.The report for the district of Nadia in this regard may kindly be treated as nil. I talked to DM Bwn today. I need 1 Municipal Electoral Roll and 1 Panchayat Electroral Roll as specimens, preferably in recently concluded elections - by Monday.
