URGENT MESSAGE: Roll print in districts

I spoke to all DMs today. From CDs containing roll data, 14 copies are to be printed by the districts. CDs will be handed over in meeting on 5.11.2007. This is due to a sudden difficulty faced by WTL - a fact intimated to us only today - which is why they can't print the copies as planned earlier.

All election managers are requested to do whatever is possible so that the copies are ready before the date of publication - 14.11.2007. I know that time is short and it is a lot of sudden work - but we are all trained to handle emergencies, aren't we?

Sir,
Definitely we have to do whatever is necessary now for publication in due time.As such, the rate of printing(both page)to the tune of 0.85p-0.95p is becoming difficult, local agencies are refusing. However,we are looking forward so that the problems can be sorted out amicably.
