Booth - village distance..continued

Burdwan posed an interesting question, which is addressed in the reply. However, for further clarity, I give a proforma that may be adopted for collecting the mouza-booth distances:

Part No. / Mouza(s) Covered / Partly or Fully / Distance from booth

Will you be kind enough to clarify a bit further, the pt. "non-overlapped mouza's particulars are to be quoted." as mentioned in your reply to BWN on 4/10/07.

This means:
One polling part area may spread over two mouzas A and B, say. Suppose the polling booth is physically located in mouza B. Then, a portion (maybe a section) is in mouza A. In this case, the shortest distance of the booth building from the boundary of mouza A will have to be mentioned.
