This is w.r.t. EPIC campaign in 1-10 Feb 2008.
All ACs will get 2 Cameras( + Cameramen) each. Exceptions are as follows:
Three cameras for: 139-Belgachia (East), 147-Kabitirtha, 148-Alipore, 150-Tollygunj, 152-Ballygunj.
One Camera for: 140-Cossipore, 141-Shyampukur, 142-Jorabagan, 143-Jorasanko, 144-Barabazar, 145-Bowbazar, 153-Entally, 155-Beliaghata, 156-Sealdah, 157-Vidyasagar, 158-Burtola, 160-Belgachia (West)

Sir, I am AERO, 129-Naihati A.C. As per the guideline, DOs will intimate the date of phototaking at the time of receiving Form 6/8/8A. We are apprehending , if the WTL fails the dates . Shall we intimate the dates.
We have to act on plans and deal with emergencies when they arise.
Feb 1-10 2008 will be the period of photo-taking throughout the state.

As per your instruction, we have comunicated all ERO's and BDO's to prepare Photo Taking Programmes for the period from 01/02/2008 to 10/02/2008, on the basis of two cameras for each AC.
If situation demands, can we get extra cameras ? I would also like to know which form (002 / 001 C) will be used at the time of Photography Programme.
