We are receiving some alarming news that few Master CDs given by WTL have errors on Title Page or the roll itself.
Please check.
If there is a problem, get it rectified by talking to WTL. (In few cases, e.g. East Mdp, they have changed the CDs).
In all cases - even if the defect is now rectified -, keep us informed so that we can talk about the defects at the highest level.

A lot of RROR found in master CDs. Name of SUB-Division is wrong. Spelling even Name of mouza is wrong.Contacted WTL.Response is not positive. It is extremely difficult to change front page. It will create problem.What we do sir?

I have gone through your replies.All points adressed excep...If paticulars of EPIC is defective(fathers's name is wrong),can we issue fresh EPIC with DOB,if he sumits paticulars along with 001C.
If mistake in photoroll is due to our part,say mistake in manuscript,data entry..should charge be levied.

Yes, Burdwan, your presumption on corrections in EPICs correct.
Reg. errors, try to get it corrected through WTL, put the call-for-rectification on record (copy to us), and , quite important, attach a manual "ERRATA" signed by ERO/AERO before any copy goes out (to DOs or parties)

Some initial problems were encountered,as such some pdf files were corrupt.Those parts required specially to be brought from WTL through mail attachments,though that portion is over now.The progress of printing is satisfactory and it is expected that the work will be over in due time.

Sir,In revised front page CD oly name of sub-division is corrected.If one set of front page is corrected manually affixing fascimile and xeroxed 14 copies and tagged should it be allowed ?

1. It is seen from the soft copy provided by WTL that in part no. 110 of 45-Malda(SC) total voter in front page shows 1064 but we received only 6 pages consisting 126 electors only. It is brought to the notice of WTL over phone.
2. Same question raised by Burdwan like spelling mistake in name of Sub-Division, GP also Name and address of polling station etc. If one set of front page is corrected manually affixing fascimile and xerox in 14 copies and tagged with. Is it permissible?

Mistakes are mostly in the top sheet i.e. regarding control table like names of sub division,mouja etc are mostly wrong.Lots of spelling mistakes are there.In previously published rolls these mistakes were not there.So far I have checked vendors at district level entered the data correctly.Now we are initiating corretive measures as per your instruction.

Sir...I am AERO , 129-Naihati. During the last Assembly Election , there ware a change of two nos of polling stations.But the Draft Roll have not shown those. How to correct them?The WTL personnel have not incorporated the corrections at the EPICS ( although the electors have submitted the proper documents).Nor the DOB.They are too reluctant about this.
There is no question of reluctance by WTL. If they have made a mistake, they must correct it - at least in FP supplement.
So write to them (at Kolkata office)and give copy to us.

Even after in corporation the corrections to the master CD provided by WTL, there still remains some errors in the Topsheets arising from incorrect reflection of Control Table data. We have tried to WTL, but no response from their end and requesting you to take necessary steps regarding the subject.

Shall we be permitted to correct the Database, paticularly for the correction of Top Sheet in respect of Sub-Division Name, PIN code, Section Name, etc. at WTL itself?
In that case we can arrange two personnel from each Sub-Division with manuscript of section particulars to visit WTL for the said purpose for our cent percent satisfection.

Following are the findings on the check list for polling station wise details of 284-Bolpur Assembly Constituency.
1) Polling Stations from 50 to 56 are missing.
2) The entries made agaisnt polling station no. 57 to 117 are not correct.
3) No sheet is available from Polling staion No. 118 to 138.
Hence a fresh error free printout of the polling stations for 284-Bolpur A.C. is required
