Commission has agreed to extend the date of Final Publication of SRER-II 2008 to 22.9.2008 instead of 15.9.2008.

Sir, Extended date of final publication of Electoral Roll will be very much helpfull. During checking of Roll another type of mistake is also noticed in the Photo Roll. Incomplete EPIC No. and in some cases complete EPIC No. is printed but there is no image against the voter. For example Part No. 138 of 236 Medinipur A.C. Sl. No. 8, 24, 212, 213 and so on. Sir, my question is whether these EPIC Nos. without image can be deleted? S.D.O., Medinipur Sadar.

SDO Midnapore Sadar: Please delete incomplete EPIC numbers. Do not delete correct EPIC numbers even if no images appear alongside.

AERO Naihati: If photos are so indistinct as to be unrecognisable, they may be removed.
