have not sent data - partly or fully - on (1) Section Details (2) Polling Station Details and (3) List of Polling Premises. If so, please send these IMMEDIATELY. Matter urgent.

The required "Control Table" data has been handed over to WTL at their office at Salt Lake on 10/12/2007. Previousely the same was handed over to the agent of WTL working in the district during EPIC campaign in Sep, 2007.

Sir,
Vide your office memo no.351/JSSG/WBE/2007 dt 28/12/07 received on 03/1/08, it was learnt that software would be sent to the districts for rectifcation of the front pages, the multiple errors which were reported earlier, on 3/1/08.
The same has not reached the district till today i.e.4/12/08.
You may be informed that we had been given 07/1/08 as the last date for completion of data entry.
"OC ELection", please (always) identify your district.

Sir, yoy may be informed that as per the communication of your office the correction of front pages was to scheduled from 3rd Jan to 7th Jan,2008. Till today i.e.08/01/08 we have not heard from the Wtl vendors.
In view of the fact that the time is short and the way/pace in which the WTL is functioning and We still have much work to do i.e. checking of checklist and printing of the supplements and front pages,there are chances that the deadlines would be difficult to reach.
