For the first time, all 294 ACs will be photo-roll ACs in our state. Any elector whose photo appears in the draft roll and whose claim for inclusion in another AC has been accepted on "shifting" grounds need not be photographed again. To retrieve his photo from the old AC, however, we need to know the name of the old AC and, of course, the EPIC number and name.
A list may therefore be made of all electors shifted in from other ACs. The EPIC number and the number/name of the previous AC as well as the name_&_relation_name must be included in the list.
The list must be faxed and emailed to us by 31.12.2007, Monday, positively. Pl email this to nathsomde@gmail.com

In most cases(rural areas),
electors are unable to tell his/her earlier AC no.Moreover if earlier epic is lost then he will not be able to furnish.So we cannot give informatons in respect of all columns for all such cases.

Vide No. 336 dated 17/12/2007 of Jt. CEO, WB cannot be complied with for want of error free Integrated roll (Last Part) of 2006. The integrated roll supplied by WTL (last Part) does not tally with manuscripts and erroneous serila number.
WTL may kindly be instruted to rectify the rolls (Last part) and send the correct one in respect of 283-Nanur (SC), 284-Bolpur, 285-Labpur & 286-Dubrajpur ACs.
