Regarding List of Missing Voter and ASD Analysis {Absentee, Shifted and Dead] we have followed your instruction on 13.04.09. (Video Conference)
A-Absentee – with family Linkage temporarily absent voter [Not to be accounted for in Critical PS Identification]
S -_Shifted with out family Linkage, [To be accounted for in Critical PS Identification]
D-duplicate within same part No. [To be accounted for in Critical PS Identification]
Duplicate amongst different part No. : If duplicate amongst different PS then [e,g AC 100, Part No. 12 Sl No. 334 Vs AC 100 Part No. 86 Sl No. 223 ]in one part voter must be non existing , he/she will be considered as shifted -without family Linkage [To be accounted for in Critical PS Identification]
We also propose to include the dead voters –(not deleted yet) in the Missing Voter list to avoid bogus voting.
To sum up Missing Voter List will be 4 column _ASDD report.
If u kindly endorse we can share it with SDOs & BDOs.
NB : Sir, Communication Plan Data uploading is almost completed (barring few Auxiliary Polling Stations)
