Respected Sir, Problem during On-Line Uploading of Polling Station Communication Plan of ECI Website. 02-Polling Station Master: a) Assembly Name wrong, shows Karad North (instead of Khandaghosh) b) Polling Station Code No-03 is showing wrong name (ADDADAHATI) No. & Name updated with correct Name and tried to SAVE, but showed problem : Microsoft ODBC driver Error. Server does not exist.

Sir, We have decided to man 20 nos of polling stations including (auxilary)by women polling personel which D.M.Darjeeling has already communicated to your Office vide his Memo No.467,dt 04/0/09. But the problem is all the women polling personel are either voters of 26-Siliguri A/C or posted in the said A/C. But as per guidelines of E.C.I we have to depute them only in the polling stations of urban nature(I.E.-26-Siliguri A/C) having adequate infrastructure for ladies.The randomisation software also cannot be run with their inputs. Can we issue appointment letters to those women staff doing randomisation manually among the list of remale polling personel?
