CMC, the new SLA informs that due to wrong way of keeping data by WTL in the past, cover page information is likely to contain errors in many cases - especially on the left column containing section names.
All districts/EROs are advised to send by email to Shri Somnath De, OSD(IT), the necessary rectifications required to be done in our data-base so that the integrated roll expected to be done in February for the Lok Sabha Polls can be corrected properly.

Please note that till date the PDF files for the voter rolls for AC161cannot be accessed as the page has perhaps some errors for which none of the Rolls for any Booth under AC171 can be seen. Hope the error is rectified soon and the page made accessible.

A prima facie observation in the Rolls of 104-Naihati AC and rural portion of 106-Jagaddal AC shows the following discrepancies:
1. In rural area, front pages bears the the following types of error:
a) Name of the sections are wrongly printed, somewhere ommitted.
b) Location of polling station is wrong in respect of name of Gram Panchayat, Block and Sub Division.
c) In correction pages, Section no. is ommited.
Should we prepare a corrected FP manually indicatiing the necessary correction?

Sir,
I applied to include my name in the voter list of AC152 and Part No. 138. But the web page ('http://ceowestbengal.nic.in/PartWiseDetail.asp?m_menu_id=40&m_group_menu_id=0&m_ac_no=152') is mapped with the PDF of oldlist (prior to 20th Jan 09). Could you please look into the issue so that latest Voter list gets published.
Please see that the pdf files for the draft role for the Ballygunj ie 161 AC couldnot be accessed.

Sir, Sub : Clarification in
connection with the age
proof document
Clarification may please be given for the following point :-
1. The aspirant electors took birth after 26.01.1989, can be permitted to submit the photocopy of Admit card of any examination conducted by State /Central board as the proof of age along with the application during the process of Continuous Updation instead of Birth Certificate (It is because they claim that they have no such birth certificate). Delayed registration may not solve this problem as it takes longer period and confirmation from the field level.
