For 282 ACs, the date of FP was earlier scheduled on 10.1.2009. However, due to certain technical reasons, at my request, the Commission has agreed to defer the date of final publication of these 282 tolls to
20.1.2009.
The dates for the remaining 12 ACs remain as they are.

Election Commission should use the man power of Retired Government Employees(preferably V.R.) who are willing and have ability to serve on Election duty which solve the problem of deputing sufficient Govt. employees for conducting Election smoothly as well as Govt. Offices also.
