OC Election Howrah:
I expect to issue our memo on SRER2009 by today. The issue that is dragging us is that in 12 ACs (including few in Howrah District) the revision schedule will be slightly different but we've not received Commission's approval for it till now.

Sir, PAR dept may also be requested to write to all so that movement of recently transferred bdos, sdos, adms is completed in time, to avoid chances of deteriorating quality of revision work.

Sir,
Ours being a very remote block and having no plenty of govt employees facing difficulty to depute D.O.s and BLOs.The teachers expressed their disagreement to do election work.Under such circumstances,we submitted a proposal for deputing ICDS AWW [who are found educationally suitable]to sort out the problem of manning properly FOR ACHIEVING THE GOAL OF ERROR FREE ROLL.No reply has been so far recieved.
Sir,is it possible?

Teachers cannot refuse to be BLOs. For their benefit, a BLO is to be chosen from his residential part. Thus, he can do his work beyond teaching hours at his home booth...Reg ICDS AWW, all I can say that there is a precedent in other areas.
