The targetted date of Final Publication, as we know, is 22.9.08. This is even printed in the Front Page of the .pdf . But Commission's written instructions now make it very clear that no publication can be made without its prior written approval. And for this, CEO's office is to send certain data-analysis tables in formats 1-9.
While we are trying for getting approval on time, all EROs/DEOs may please note that no formal publication or distribution to Political Parties may be done unless we give formal clearance as per Commission's instructions.

Sir,
I may be allowed to raise a point on a separate election related issue. Regarding disposal of RTI cases we are in trouble at district level as well as in Block level as there is lack of competent official in the aforesaid establishments. In most of the cases the officer concerned is to look after the issue personally. It will be more convenient to dispose the cases as per the RTI Act, 2005 if a compatible software be developed and supplied to us. Requesting your kind necessary action,
