Deletion of Shifted Electors from Old AC: New ERO is Responsible
Extracts from ECI's instruction no. 23/ID/2008/ERS dated 18.9.2008 :
" ..after inclusion of the name in the new place, it shall be the responsibility of the ERO of this new place to get the applicant's name deleted from the earlier place.."
