How to deal with Errors, if any, in Front Page ?

I'm receiving few reports that there are some errors in the newly printed Front Pages of the Parts to be published in Draft on 31.7.2008.
Such errors/omissions in description of areas like mouzas, GP, Ward, Street Name etc in the front page/electoral rolls may be corrected in hand and signed by the ERO/AERO before DP and great care has to be taken to ensure that the database is corrected by Data-Entry-Operators during supplement preparation, the idea being that at the time of FP, the corrected front page is printed out automatically.

Sir,
Apropos to the email sent to you yesterday setting forth the reason of keeping provision for creation/ deletion of new sections in different Electoral Parts this time
during data entry phase in the software that will be provided to the WTL vendors, may we know about the latest instruction from your end?

We've advised WTL to allow inclusion of new sections in few cases. We may, however, let depopulated sections remain

Sir
there may be some depopulated mouzas which are not tagged with any part. Whether we can tag them now?

Sir
For errors other than that on front page(for example:one section is missing from appropriate part and is found in another part),which is detected early is reprinted and published correctly.More errors of Similar type are detected later which could not be corrected and published as it is.
Now instruction is required about procedure of correction of draft rolls of these errors.

Sir
Some errors in voters list like tagging a section in a wrong part have already been identified. How we can rectify them? Whether we have to prepare the manuscript for all the voters of that section for deletion from one part and inclusion to the correct part or simply we can make an order for transposition of sections suo moto?

Tamluk:
(1): Theoretically, depopulated mouzas should not be kept unattached. So they should be linked to one part. But this would mean inserting a new section without any electors.
(2)Manuscripts are to be written elector-wise. However, an additional remark may be inserted indicating that all voters of Section X of Part Y of AC Z will be shifted suo motu to Section A of Part B of AC C, for ease of data entry.
