Rather than doing so part-wise (as required do so in Format 2 of Formats 1-7), it may be easier to compute Mouza / Wardwise Elector : Population (E/P) Ratio. Here is how:
Use Census 2001 figures, project it to 2008 and use elector data mouza-wise by applying a filter to Excel Format 4.2 / 4.3.
Please prepare list of top 5 mouzas with highest E/P Ratio and bottom 5 mouzas with lowest E/P ratio for each AC and tell us.

we have prepared Form-II of Form I-VII considering P/E ratio of the mouza and the P. growth rate of the block/DMC. But input data for Form-IIIB is nohow collected. Kind instruction is solicited regarding preparation of Foem-IIIB.

For 3B, use age-cohort percentages for population from census figures. For the state, the percentages are 18-19 (4.12%), 20-29 (18%), 30-39 (15.4%), 40-49 (12.54%), 50-59 (8.26%), 60-69 (4.7%), 70-79 (2.58%) and 80+ (0.56%)....For electors, use electors' database of WTL

In respect of 276 Kalna calculated projected populations of parts housing full mouzas (or integral multiples thereof) but unable to do so in case of parts with part mouzas. What could be an alternative method ?

Could understand the meaning of your direction. Altered proforma II to make it collect mouza wise elector figures. This way, instead of finding the ratio constituency wise, we have done it block wise. Field verification, as advised in ppt presentation will begin soon.
