(c) We'll meet ADM (Elec) & District OC Elections on 25.3.2008 at 11 am at Rotunda, Writers', Kolkata on Pollling Station Rationalisation, Delimitation and Erolls/EPICs. Some districts may please come with short case-studies on rationalisation / delimitation: we'll discuss few interesting illustrative examples in the open meeting.

I have sent several sample sheets generated from 4.2 format for the rationalisation of Polling Stations. BDOs may be asked for the splitting / clubbing of P.Stn as per instruction of rationalisation on the basis of supplied sample sheets.
This is a sample for preliminary work of Rationalisation. Necessary instruction solicited.
