Shri S.B.Mandal, IAS - for North 24-Paraganas, South 24-Paraganas
Smt. Rinchen Tempo, IAS - for Kolkata, Howrah
Shri A.R.Bardhan, IAS - for Murshidabad, Nadia, Malda, Dakshin Dinajpur
Shri R.I.Singh, IAS - for Bankura, Purulia, Purba Midnapore
................The Observers will visit their areas thrice: first visit is scheduled to start from 15.4.2008
