Many electors (old/new) have furnished their photographs in 001C forms during the period of Claims and Objections during this Summary Revision.
We don't want to lose ANY photos and so we want a stock-taking to be done by EROs. The 001Cs should be sorted part-wise, counted and preserved - for being handed over to WTL BEFORE the EPIC campaign on 1-10 Feb 2008...To help us monitor, we've asked for AC-wise number of 001Cs so received.
All these photos+001Cs will have to be handed over to WTL under proper receipt before the EPIC campaign starts on 1 Feb 08.

This is to submit that the AC-wise report on Form 001-C received upto 3.12.07 has already been sent to you by email on 11.12.07 vide No. 1033/ Elec dtd. 11.12.07.
